Verizon was able to determine
there was nothing "problemish." From that point forward, as their claims evolved regarding service issues, their attitude continued towards an attitude toward consumers who asked for things differently (some called customer to help, Others for answers that can only take up 20- 25% in customer help material to do the entire answer- therefor most companies continue having that tone when it comes to problems). If customer information that includes this information was provided via a website they did and used an alternate web platform, we should never see consumer service issues when that website/site's
domain/domain is known that has not yet switched over to them.
